「The room (my was 204) was dirty, bed sheets were with stains and not cleaned, one floor tile broken, toilet tank cracked on top, holes in the bathroom walls, hole in bathroom door, toilet didn't flush properly, underneath faucet at shower without wall plate, bathroom mirror broken at one corner, ottoman cushion next to bed had a cigarette burn; a lots of dust behind tables and sofa; back wall of the closet repaired without matching paint, shower gel deposit completed empty, walls had black...

「A little older but well kept and nice and clean.」

「First the elevator was out of order and when we questioned the staff we were told we could cancel our rooms. The hotel was not well kept. My bathroom had chips out of the tub and my friend said hers was so bad she wouldn’t use to shower. The soap at the bathroom sinks was mounted on the wall so high many of us couldn’t even reach. Very hard to believe this hotel was associated with the Hilton brand.」
