“There were 8 of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we were able to spread out and have our own space. Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the waterfall. We walked around the lake……

“It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". Chris is a thorough attentive host. Thanks!”

“That was an awesome house. I planned a bachelor party for my brother and we wanted a lake house with a dock and this was golden. It was a very cute house, and nice layout. We brought a boat and put in at one of the boat ramps that’s less than 5 mins from the house, then were able to park the trailer at the house. It is a little tight turning into and getting in the driveway as I had a 24’ trailer, but once in there is enough space to turn around and park. The cove is very shallow all the way in,……

“We had a family get together for Thanksgiving. The lake views were gorgeous. The property was very clean and well equipped and spacious. We loved it.”

“Property was very clean and roomy. There were squirrels and rabbits playing in the yard. There were a few hiccups. Clothes dryer did not work well. Microwave did not heat. There were quite a few bugs/ pests the home. Back yard could use some lawn chairs and a fire pit. ”

“The pictures don't do this beautiful home justice! Everything was very clean and had everything we needed! Communication was very easy with the owners. The neighborhood is wonderful, the sunsets from the deck are amazing. I loved kayaking on the lake/river, it was nice calm water. There are tons of stairs to the dock so if you have mobility issues this may not be ideal, but we loved it! The welcome basket was such a nice touch as well! “Highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The back deck area is quite private and a great place to relax. Excellent communication and very clear and easy check in and check out information. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone in the Crossville area!”

“Overall, the stay was great. We caught some good fish during the stay. The property was pretty clean overall, but some of the dishes still had dirty food on them. There wasn’t any basic cooking needs like cooking spray, aluminum foil or anything like that. Which wasn’t a huge deal but would’ve been nice to not need to purchase everything to cook. Made our grocery bill really expensive. Also, the stairwell was kind of worrisome because we have a 1 and 2 year old. There was a small baby gate that……

“I spent a good bit of time researching to find the perfect get away for our house church group of 6 couples and the Watts Bar Lake House did not disappoint. The house itself had enough room and was well stocked with everything you’d need. Everyone that slept upstairs said the beds were very comfortable, and the property outdoors was amazing from the fire pit to the kayaking on the water. The neighbor came over and welcomed us and was super nice which I’ve never experienced at a vrbo. Our host……

“The house was as described and is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and even small amenities that was provided though not used. Would definitely book again. The only thing we found a little difficult was getting the paddle boat and kayaks in and out of the water. Although we were able to do it fairly easy. “This is the second time we have stayed here. It is fantastic. Rooms, furniture, space and supplies are excellent. Everything works and is excellent condition. The beds are very comfortable as well. The view is so nice. We loved relaxing on the deck and watching the wildlife and boats. Plus it allows dogs which is so helpful to our family. Thank you for the use of your house! It was perfect.”
