“Mr. Arcangelo embraces his hosts with the warmest Calabrian hospitality in his wonderful house. The house is clean and fully equipped with anything one may require. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. The gardens surrounding the house are well kept accessible and peaceful. Decollatura is a quiet village with a heavenly pasticceria with exceptional value for money. We, a family of four plus dog and cat, stayed very comfortably at Mr. Arcangelo. If one would like a taste of Calabrian, heart……

“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 3 und 5 Jahre alt). Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Mietauto vom Flughafen ist perfekt und es gibt auch immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude. Trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes liegt. Der Weg zum Strand, zum nächsten Eiscafé mit Getränke-Optionen am Abend und Restaurants ist sehr kurz. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen……

“Struttura vicina al mare, eccelle per la tranquillità, la pulizia, il rapporto qualità prezzo e la disponibilità dei gestori. Appartamento molto carino con cucina attrezzata di tutto e bellissima vista sul mare ed incantevole tramonto. Residence ideale per famiglie, ma io l’ho scelto per la posizione comoda per muoversi vicina all’autostrada ed all’aeroporto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente per un periodo più lungo”

“L'appartamento era normale, senza pretese, cosa che non avevamo. L'abbiamo trovato scomodo ai servizi se non si ha una macchina a disposizione. Troppa confusione di notte a tutte le ore tanto che non si riusciva a dormire. Niente TV. Moka senza manico. Scomodo per arrivare in spiaggia. Mare pulito solo al mattino. Non è stata una vacanza come ci aspettavamo.”

“We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). “We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax.”

Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Terrasse mit Abendsonne sowie eine große Dachterrasse mit zusätzlicher Außenküche + Kühlschrank. Die Küche in der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man so braucht. Eine, in den Sommermonaten unbedingt notwendige, Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Deckenventilatoren.
