Enjoy a stay in one of the original farm houses within Decorah city limits . Located by Luther College, its a great starting point to explore downtown Decorah, catch a Luther College game, bike the trout run trail, check out the world renowned Seed Savers, do a craft beer tour (centrally located between Toppling Goliath, Pulpit Rock and Pivo Brewing) or just have quiet weekend get away. You get the entire 2,100 Sq.Ft. in town farm house which has room for up to 8 guests.

Sit on the back porch with your morning coffee overlooking the fields and woods and move to the front porch in the afternoon with a glass of wine or favorite local craft beer and enjoy catching up with friends or spending time watching the world go by....

October 2023 Sister Get-Away
This was perfect for us sisters to gather and stay in one place to be able to share stories, laugh, gather around the fire pit and just relax!!! This property was close to everything downtown and walking/hiking trails. Showers were amazing and had a lot of pressure. The only downside for us, was not having curtains/blinds on all the windows downstairs; the grass was pretty long but a minor issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place.

Artist Studio Tour
Was a great location to start out daily drives to artists' studios and a wonderful place to land after the day was done. Close to downtown Decorah. Recommend taking time to visit Vesterheim - The National Norwegian-American Museum and dining at Rubaiyat. We think you will enjoy both.

Perfect place for a Decorah escape

Family reunion
We were with family most of the weekend but the house was just perfect for us and close to our family’s farm, but the beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and lots of hot water! The manager was very helpful and responsive! Thank you for contributing to a wonderful family weekend!

Decorah Delight!
Great yard space for the kids to play, location very convenient, and lots of space to spread out inside. There is a "nearly free" EV charging station within walking distance of the house which was very convenient! Enjoyed our stay and great communication with the owners.
