“My two daughters and I normally stay in 5 star hotels when vacationing. This trip was a last minute getaway to Wisconsin Dells. I looked at different hotels in the area, but most of them were booked and/or slightly higher in cost for the dates we needed. Then I started looking at motels. There were many to choose from, but again we normally don't stay at motels. So, I am looking at all the reviews and one particular motel kept coming up with 4.8 to 5 star reviews. It was the Black Hawk Motel.……

“I want to say this is my experience at the motel (which was the only one available for the weekend) the microwave didn’t work the lamp was out and there was a weird smell in the bathroom when we first got there On a GOOD note their are a lot of perks that come with staying at the property maybe I need to stay at a different part next time and book in advance”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..”

“Adequate for a short stay. Rooms are old with old loud air conditioners in wall, bathroom subpar with rocking toilet and threadbare towels but it was usable nevertheless. No coffee in rooms, but they have microwave and fridge with small freezer. The bed was ok and the staff was very friendly.”
