"We stayed in a suite for two weeks, the room is spacious and the bed and pillows are very comfortable and my thanks to those staff who did a good job for tidying up the room everyday. Also, the room given was on high floor which means you could view both the specular Victoria Harbour and the hills, the evening city view from the window is most enjoyable. The location is great, walkable distance to the MTR station and the tram stop is just within 100m away.
The property is well built, however with more than 20 years after its opening, it is undergoing renovation. There were times taking us more than 10 minutes waiting for the lift as they are updating one of the three lifts. Also, I found the musty smell within the room, unfortunately.
Most staff are very friendly and helpful, except one staff at the reception rejected most of our requests that has been disappointing.
Overall, I would say the price is reasonable with what it has provided."
