“The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this studio room (ADU). Hosts are friendly and helpful, the space was perfect for us. The room is very well laid out with attention to small details. Sitting on the deck in the evening and the hosts suggestion to spend a few hours at Sunset Beach using their beach chairs were the highlights. Also a nice walk to the Preserve for a stroll. “The photos make it look incredible, but it was even better than we ever could have hoped. We were 14 family members, ages 1-74 and there were 2 rowboats, and 8 kayaks! Perfection! The pool was super, and this elegant house being right on the water made for wonderful sightings of seabirds, seals, and incomparable sailboats and yachts. “Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location……

“We have an annual scooter trip to the islands and first time at Orcas. This is a wonderful location, though there is one spot on the way up to the house that's peculiar, seems to be a hoarder. Neighbors are quiet, and the view and overall vibe are A. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but was perfect for us as we unloaded the scooters and didn't have to adjust the parking at all during our stay. The host Tina is exceptional- highly attentive and accommodating. Would stay again!”

"It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. "
