"We love staying at this little motel! We visit Lake City often to see family, and since we sometimes travel with our dogs, we always book this pet-friendly property. The rooms are always very clean, and we really appreciate the updated flooring. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy, which means we can head straight to our family when we arrive and settle into our room later without any hassle. During our most recent stay, it was incredibly hot outside, but the air conditioning in our room worked amazingly well. I never thought I'd say an air conditioner was too cold, but this one came pretty close! We're so grateful to have a reliable, comfortable place to stay whenever we make our trips to Lake City. It's become our go-to choice, and we look forward to staying here again."

"Pretty much new facility. Nicely furnished. Comfortable and has a good view from balcony. Traffic is quite loud at times. Chair moving noisy dragging and heal-walking stomping on observation deck above noisy too. Bring your earplugs!"

"Quaint small town, central location, great communication from owner, nice living room area TV, 2 couches, large bathroom, nice shower & makeup vanity area, compact kitchen with everything you could possibly need, tasteful decor with local art, sweet little patio with seating for 2. Right on the Main Street but it is such a quiet town it never felt busy. Nice shops and restaurant within a block. Welcome bottle of wine & coffee/creamer available was a nice touch. The apartment is above a store. You could hear people below during day time hours (it was a very busy weekend in the town)but it was never excessive, the noise of the ac and a fan easily drowned it out and you’ll likely be out exploring the area until evening anyways. Small extras in the rental such as games, books, hammock, extra pillows, throw blankets, fans, & pack and play. Only thing I would recommend is if you prefer a flatter pillow I’d bring your own (hard to accommodate everyone’s pillow preferences!)"

"A great space for our girls weekend! The location and shopping were amazing, and there was plenty of parking and room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the large dining table was great for playing games and meal times, Huge outdoor space with large deck and a gas grill was great. The beach was a little further away than excepted, but close enough to walk and go to the beach to float. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of plug ins for fans, etc. We would definitely go back! Host was great at communicating too."

"We loved our stay at the A-frame! It was so peaceful and the view was lovely. The cabin was awesome with the fireplace and comfy furniture. The owner was phenomenal with questions and communication. We hope to be back in the future!!"
