「Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion.」

「Beautiful lake home with plenty of water activities to enjoy.. kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and water toys. Very spacious. Large covered outdoor deck was great with some rainy days. Check in was easy. The hosts were very quick to reply with questions. Lots of parking space. Wonderful place!」

「This cabin has an interesting layout. They really made good use of the space. For a small family this cabin is great! The lake is so close to the cabin with a cute fire pit nearby. We rented the pontoon for one day of our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness of the lake. Communicating with Dave was easy and it seemed like he really wanted us to have a fun weekend. I’d recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a relaxing time. 」

「The house is wonderful. The kitchen and living room occupy much of the main floor, and both are airy, spacious and bright. The main floor bedroom is smaller than the upstairs bedrooms but clean and comfortable. The main floor bathroom is clean and functional. The upstairs bedrooms are large, well appointed and clean, and the upstairs bath large and inviting. 「We had so much fun staying at this cabin. There was plenty of things to do right there but also a lot of things within short driving distance. We loved being able to bring our dogs who had so much fun as well. It was such a peaceful getaway but still had access to WiFi and air conditioning. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires, smores, fishing and swimming. My only complaint is that the vacation wasn’t long enough! Would definetly love to stay here again! 」

「This stay was super convenient for a recent concert we went to. The house it’s self and setting are a bit unconventional but don’t let that deter you. It’s clean and friendly and the system of in and out is very organized. Home owner and son are very accommodating and patient with our energetic children. 「We had a wonderful time at the cabin on Balsam Lake! The downstairs area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty to do between fishing and the kayaks. We braved the seaweed in the middle of the lake for a short swim but were happiest on top of the water. 」

「The cabin was fantastic and Reggie was super responsive when we reached out to him. The place had everything we needed and we hung out on the pontoon on the water everyday. Watching the sunsets on the boat was beautiful. And the lift down to the water from the house was very convenient. Very close to Stillwater, Hudson, and New Richmond if you want to go into town.
