"We had a pretty good experience. The staff was very nice and the rooms were nice. The elevator was slow, the pool was a little too cold, the washer and dryer were okay despite needing a lot of quarters along with losing some, vending machine was a problem, and fixtures inside were outdated. But it was overall a good experience. Very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Very nice staff and a cute ice cream/deli attached to the hotel. "

"Good location mix with residential and hotels / Condos. Pool area appeared well maintained outside your door and could be conjested during Peak hours? Smoking policy by the Pool was allowed (??) or not discouraged which was not a plus. Parking was very limited to return to find a space. Rooms were good and clean but dated furniture. Limited or no sidewalks in the immediate neighborhood and little to no after dark lighting. Appears a safe area. More for young families with children location? More quiet and less conjested off peak season? Seemed quiet overnight at night a plus!"

"Stayed here 4 nights with 2 kids (16, 11) week before Easter. Pros: rooms are bdrm + living rm w/ pull out sofa, & 2 full baths! Great set up for families. full hot breakfast incl. each am. kids loved the pool and being across from the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and has more of an island resort feel. There is one restaurant/ bar onsite with complimentary happy hour for guests. food was fine, not spectacular, but the kids were happy with the grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, pizza, etc; I was happy with Caesar salad. We didn’t order anything else so I can’t speak to the larger menu. (salmon, brisket, & fancier things). hotel is on the beach and a boardwalk, w/ about a mile walk up to the little town w/ more shops and restaurants. There’s a free shuttle in the evenings to take you up to town. Guests get 2 water bottles a day, 2 chaise lounges at the beach, towels poolside etc, a nice list of amenities for a place that is not all-inclusive. Overall, very family friendly and there were tons of kids on spring break week. Cons: the only time we could come here was spring break week before Easter. That seems to have been true for a great many people! I found the resort to be crowded, a litltle challenging to get a lounger by the pool, long lines for omelette, etc. Hottub was kid soup! Hotel was understaffed and kind staff seemed exhausted! Not a lot of GF food options on site. Pretty pricey on site options overall. Would stay again at a less busy time."

"We loved this townhouse which is only minutes on foot to the beach, was clean and spacious, equipped with beach supplies and towels, and is a great bargain. We’d definitely stay here again."

"A gem with a short walk to the ocean. This is a must stay. We will definitely stay again. If you are considering this property - book it! Mercedes checked us in and she is adorable. All staff very friendly. The pictures are true. Rooms are clean with beach decor. The pool is heated with comfortable poolside chairs. The landscape and rock gardens have personal touches. There is water, coffee, and a small library in the office. They also offer pool towels to use during your stay. We loved that it was a short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. My husband and I traveled with our four children and a grandparent during spring break. We only stayed one night traveling home after a cruise but would stay a week in the future. "
