「Beautiful location and lovely staff. The “tent” was basic. Could’ve had a small side table and hooks. The food was excellent. The restroom/shower building and facilities left a LOT to be desired. Dirty, no TP, broken shower head. Almost no water pressure. 」

「The tent is extremely simple, No WIFI and electricity only comes after 7 pm. Although there's mosquito net but it didn't work. The extra paid tour arranged by hotel to desert is amazing, it's a must. The dinner is extra paid buffet and there's live traditional music and dancing, it was fun. Overall it's a good experience.」

「This family business provides prompt and thoughtful service. The owner Adel and his brothers are hospitable, kind, and friendly. They can take you all around the desert, and make individual arrangements. The activities include desert jeep rides, stargazing, camel rides, sunset watching, dinner cooked in the ground, and a tea gathering. Card payments are available. The bubble tents are comfortable and overlook the desert. Views are spectacular, service is great, and the experience is inspiring. 」

「Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . 「El personal maravilloso, una familia espectacular. El servicio mas allá de lo esperado. Se acomodaron perfectamente a nuestros horarios acomodando al maximo todo lo que queriamos hacer. Fue increíble lo bien y bienvenidos que nos hicieron sentir y la vista del Amanecer desde la tienda sin palabras. Luego nos mostraron su casa Y ademas de eso nos dejaron una sorpresa en el Auto antes de irnos. Gracias a toda la Familia!! 」
