“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“This has to be one of my FAVORITE hotels I have ever stayed in!! The location of the hotel is nice and quiet and feels secluded even though you’re minutes from restaurants in the port. The staff were warm, professional and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. My absolute favorite part was the pool deck overlooking the ocean, and next favorite was the incredible breakfast buffet. We were sad to leave and would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat. “Overall good stay, the only thing I would critique is noise at night when other hotel stayers are coming back. The rooms felt like they are made from plasterboard so you can hear door slams and talking in the corridor, but we had ground floor so experience may have been different in the upper floors. 8/10 though overall, the receptionist super friendly and nice.”
