  • Can Pelat Vella, a secluded 19th-century cottage, dominates the artistic village of Deià.
    The 2-bedroom villa has been recently renovated in a modern style and offers you the discreet and elegant comfort of a charming home.
    The kitchen is fully equipped and all furniture and linens are of the highest quality.
    The cottage is surrounded by the "Serra Tramuntana" listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and faces the sea.
    The swimming pool is located in the garden of 4 terraces, planted with citrus trees, olive trees and bougainvillea.
    In the evening, you can have a drink on the large terrace while admiring the sunset over the sea.

    MASTER BEDROOM: 32m2 with en-suite bathroom, king size bed, sofa, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe. Sea and mountain view.

    ENTRANCE: cozy fireplace and built-in sofas.

    KITCHEN: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker and oven, juicer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee maker.
    TERRACE: Overlooking the village, garden, sea and mountain. The best place to enjoy a paella prepared by our chef.
    SWIMMING POOL of 10mx 5m. 6 large deck chairs, 2 umbrellas and full bathroom, plus outdoor shower.
    LAUNDRY ROOM: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
    Baby bed, baby bath and high chair available.
    The price includes taxes, house cleaning and mid-week change of sheets and towels.

Gorgeous villa, perfect to unwind and with the most amazing views.

This villa was dreamy, so cozy inside and inviting. Everywhere you look was stunning and is so well equipped. You can see the ocean, the town and the mountains. It was an absolute pleasure staying there and looking forward to visiting again.

Can Pelat August 2024

Can Pelat is a beautiful villa in one of the most gorgeous locations on Mallorca. The house is very modern and comfortable for a family of four. We enjoyed loads of time in the beautiful gardens and lovely pool. The town itself has loads of restaurants and shops and no need to visit the same restaurant twice. Very happy to be hosted by Anne-Marie who has great comms and we’ve already booked again for next year. Great holiday

Beautiful property

We just finished a 5-night stay and wish we had more time. The property exceeded our expectations. We arrived after dark on our check in day and Elena guided us into the property without a problem and made sure that we were provisioned. The home is conveniently located close to town if you want to go out to dinner but far enough away that it is quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we are looking forward to returning.

Amazing stay in Deià

We had the most amazing stay at Can George for 5 nights. It's perfect for two couples and the villa itself is beyond gorgeous. The house was spotless and the grounds and views are incredible. Anne-Marie was incredibly helpful leading up to the trip, picking up some groceries for us and making us a reservation at a local spot for lunch ahead of our trip. We were so sad to leave and hope to make it back in the future!

Incredible Week in Deia

This property is even better than the pictures. The views every day were worth the drive up to the house. We loved the pool and the kids loved interacting with the sheep every day. We watched the sunset each night. Elena was always there if we had a question. We highly recommend this house!
