「Clean, breakfast」

「Central location, constantly improving their services」

「It’s a very clean hotel, it’s a 3 star hotel so I had no expectations, but it’s super clean , well maintained, great staff also. The breakfast has a very small selection but all juices are fresh. They exceeded my expectations」

「I noticed a few things that need attention. 1. The carpet in the hallway leading to.my room a few stains. Maybe bleach. 2. The ceiling was wet at a few spots. Maybe leaks coming from the top. 3. The elevator takes a」

「I had another excellent stay at K Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and feels very secure throughout. The service is outstanding, beginning with the comfortable airport transfer and continuing with the friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms are well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast is of a very high standard. This was my second visit, and K Hotel is now my first choice...

「My stay at this hotel was definitely an interesting experience. The hotel is decent and conveniently located near the airport and downtown. There were a few frustrating situations, mainly due to communication and inconsistent information from staff. I was told braiders were allowed to come to the hotel, but later a housekeeper became upset when I had one in my room. I also had a few uncomfortable interactions with an older restaurant employee, including being asked for money after room service...

「Sanitation is definitely a concern. 」

「Shops nearby」

「Everything about this residence is amazing. The facility is very clean and the staff is always there to answer and provide immediate answers to any concerns. I really want to thank the entire managerial team for making my stay excellent. I will definitely come back and will recommend this residence to anyone traveling to Douala for any kind of trip be it business, vacation or any trip.」

「They couldn’t find my reservation. The staff wasn’t that helpful at all. Until I haven’t received any refund for the reservation,」

「The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. 」
