This was a really unique property and everyone we encountered was great! The room had a nice quiet and private outdoor space. We were within walking distance of really great restaurants and bars. The walk to the beach was also not bad. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in Del Mar.

The room we had was very quaint with a nice little fireplace stove and a really nice view of Treetops and water this is a very unique property a solid find we had a great time staying there in the area is very beautiful

Beautiful stay!! Hidden Gem! My daughters and I will continue go here. Stay was comfortable and accomidating. Very close to beach and best restaurants. Host was very friendly.

Naked photos of women on the walls was not appropriate for family. The shower had spiders in the corners ...more than 5. The ac unit was not adequate for the size of the room and we had trouble sleeping because my family couldnt get comfortable. The windows and doors wouldn't shut very tightly because its an old building. Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

A little gem with an ocean view. I travel a lot and typically stay in large corporate hotels, so finding this charming little place with an ocean view was great. If you need that chain hotel feel this may not be for you, but if you have a sense of adventure this place is really neat. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room that feels like a casita and comfortable bed.
