“I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. Very short walk to buses, and only 10 min drive to downtown Calgary! The unit is newly remodeled. I enjoyed watching movies on the projector. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a heated mirror in case you steam it up. Convenient laundry. The family is very sweet and……

“We really enjoyed our stay here in Calgary. Very clean unit, comfortable bed and ease of access and location. Would recommend to anyone coming to Calgary looking for a quiet downtown location that still offers walking distance to great food and the downtown amenities. Great customer service by Karyna who looked after us as well. ”

“Overall, the property was adequate. There was not a chair in which to sit (unless you count the high table dining chairs). There were no clothes hangars or wash cloths; that is sort of a standard expectation. The maintenance man was very nice. Going ‘around back’ to enter the building was somewhat inconvenient as there is do sidewalk and it was a little muddy. I would stay there again-as it seemed safe and was very convenient to the light rail and 2 very good cafes; I would just bring wash……

“This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!”
