“Fantastic all inclusive stay! Breathtaking views, accommodating staff, clean and stocked! Full kitchen, we had no problem making meals and washing dishes in the dishwasher. Clean linens, extra linens, great time!

“We had a wonderful stay at the Anthracite while in town for a wedding. From check in to check out all was smooth. The accommodations were well maintained and the location was convenient to both our Honesdale wedding and meeting up with family in Hawley. The breakfast was well executed with plenty of options. Coffee was served fresh by a waitstaff. If ever we're passing through, we'll be back.”

“The owner was great. At check in we were told if we had any problems just ring the bell no matter what time and she would assist us. We had a problem with the remote and she brought us a new one. She said if we couldn’t get the tv to work she would move us to another room. We did get it working. Then it was raining one day and she brought me an old towel to dry my puppy off after we would go out. ”
