The property is located in a quiet part of Delhi and well connected to the city. It has a nice ambience and the staff is very courteous and helpful. However the rules around the swimming pool need to be enforced more seriously.

The room and hotel was well kept. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The only downside was the food in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet needs to be changed daily, instead of having the same food. Also, the quality of the food is inconsistent. Other than that, this hotel is very recommended.

My stay was really good at Crowne Plaza. Staff service, cleanliness and amenities are all good. They provided early check in at no extra cost. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast options are limited and lacks taste.

All sraff were very freindly. The staff in the restuarant at all times were exeptional and very attentive and explained about different indian dishes and even brought thjngs to our table to taste.

Excellent!

Overall had an excellent stay. The location is amazing. Close to a lot of landmarks. Service is outstanding with very helpful and attentive personal. We enjoyed the pool area and the spa. Just a suggestion to keep the pool area open longer than 10pm. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day so would be great if it could be open till late.
