We arrived a little early on Sunday afternoon, interrupting a family gathering yet hotel greeted us with open arms, smiling and excusing itself for having family over.Hotel staff were great hosts, friendly, intelligent, informative bet never intrusive. The Master Suite in which we stayed was very well appointed with a nice ensuite bath. The breakfasts served were not only ample but delicious with a great selection of fruits, yogurt, breads and cereal, all served up in conjunction with a hot dish. We made friends with these fine people and were truly sorry to leave.

Cheguei no hotel num local imundo, sujo e ainda por cima minha reserva havia sido cancelada sem prévio aviso. Tive q ir para o Novo hotel. Odiei! Nunca mais reservo nada com vcs. E quero meu reembolso.

Hotel reception manager had no idea of my booking . I had to book a new room . They said that Expedia Australia office had not notified of my booking for 21st november check in. I paid extra. I was stuck in late night as a female in delhi with no booking confirmation Please send me me my refund ASAP

Not good experience at all
Rooms are dirty, no drinking water tap water no were drinkable, the paint is coming out of sealing, room is very small furniture are very dirty nothing like photo not a 10%like a photo and it's not on the main road it's in the lane indie, which is not safe, very bad experience.

Cheap but gross
If you're not put off by dirt and looking for a good deal then go for it - it's not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but it is quite dirty. Filthy old pillows (one case hadn't been changed and was literally covered in hair. Walls, floors, wall switches all greasy and dirty. Took 20 minutes for room to cool. You get what you pay for...so I'm not offended by any means but probably won't be back.

Neat but unclean hotel
Terrible! The hotel had cockroaches running around, the shower didnt work, the room door didnt even close properly. I accidently left behind some clothing and I went back to get them and the staff told me that it "went missing" ????? Which I cannot understand how they could not find it clearly they dont clean their rooms! They didnt help me at all, they refused to take my details down in case it turned up

You get what you pay for- Cheap and Simple
This hotel is very much a case of you get what you pay for. I was looking for cheap and I got it with pluses and minuses that go with it. The rooms were large and better than expected (good Air-Con, TV, and great lighting) but cleanliness was below expectations (bed-sheets looked like they had not been changed from previous guest threadbare towels). Service was very helpful, but limited by infrastructure. Breakfast basic and in sister hotel across the street. Location is hard to find, but at under $30/night in Delhi, a good price. If this is your first trip to India, I suggest staying elsewhere in a higher quality place. While I felt safe and have stayed in the area before, it is in a very run-down area with small dark alleys, that could worry a first-timer. If you are experienced in developing market travel and looking to save money, it's a fair place to try.

Hotel was decent but bathroom lacked basic aminities like toilet paper,soap, etc.A/C worked fine and room looked spacious but often there were noises from hall.

Very handy location
The hotel essentially did what it said on the tin! The Wifi was on the slow side at times and the hotel restaurant was a long walk. The staff were always happy to assist and friendly.

Well appointed, very well prented
The staff where excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable and the entry lobby luxurious! The meals where top class and delivered to room very promptly. I felt very welcomed and nothing was to much trouble. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone traveling to Dehradun! The best value for money I have seen!

Misleading photos
Nothing like the photos as it was much smaller and messy room, no housekeeping even though i was out for a day, toilet very unsanitary, no guests allowed for a visit in the room even during the day, the food from the restaurant is alright though...overall i wont recommend this hotel to anyone unless they go through drastic changes with their management or the tariff is less than half of what they usually charge.

Could have been good choice.. Only if!!
Had a few issues and complained, was assured that the next trip would be better.. Won't take chances!! Lift didn't work for two days I stayed, breakfast is a basic and not in the hotel, that's another story!! Wi-Fi hardly works and the front office was kind enough to check me in early but that's where it all ended..

Decent budget hotel
If you're looking for something luxurious, this isn't it. But, that being said, if you're looking for a relatively functional, clean, spacious budget hotel, this is it. It's also really close to the airport. My husband and I stayed for just about 6hrs between flights. We were able to sleep well on a spacious king size bed and have a hot shower. Room was also spacious compared to other budget hotels. Hotel staff were pleasant, though nothing exceptional. There is no tea or coffee in the room and they charge for bottled water too. No safe, iron, or any of the little details. But that is to be expected I am would presume given the really economical price of a night's stay. The staff provided us with some regular water in a really disgusting jug that looked like it had not been properly washed but we didn't it (for obvious reasons). So be prepared to pay for anything extra you might want. However, there are a couple decent juice joints right below the hotel and food options near by.

Hostel in aerocity.
I didn't feel great at my very late arrival. But many guys were present. One showed me my room and asked for tips which i'm not use to it. Opposite culture. The room is beautiful and well équipéd. Good bed. Water between hot and cold. Noisy beacause of birds during the night. Breakfast was very very good with à professionnal reception.

some staff were good, the man who checked me in agreed to a wake up call at 6am, noticing he hadnt written it anywhere I repeated my request when leaving the lobby, he gave me a snide look and said ïts done".....I had a bad feeling about it and had a terribble sleep as I had an early morning international flight....needless to say NO WAKE UP CALL....when I went downstairs to check out and complained there was NO record of my request. Not happy Jan!! Luckily I made my flight

Splendid hotel premise
The location is very close to airport. And metro station which connects the city. They also helped me arranging pick up and drop from airport.

Pleasant, hassle free stay
I was traveling to Delhi for work and have always been critical about where I stay as I need a comfortable, home like experience to wake up fresh in the morning. And boy, fab hotels did the job better than expected. The staff was well mannered and made sure my experience was a cherished one.. recommend this property to all travelers

Nice Hotel near to Delhi International Airport
Great budget hotel near to Delhi International Airport with connectivity to all the prime areas in Delhi NCR. Had a wonderfull stay there and will recommend all my friends visiting Delhi NCR to give a shot at this hotel. Staff were great and provided great hospitality.

Hotel selezionato al solo scopo di trascorrere una notte per prendere poi l'aereo il giorno dopo, all'aeroporto di Delhi. Non è stato facile trovarlo in quanto l'insegna è diversa dal nome dell'hotel, il tassista ha dovuto chiamare l'hotel per farsi dire dove si trova. La struttura è fatiscente e sporca; la camera è abb. accogliente, ma non il massimo in quanto a pulizia. Ricordarsi di accendere subito il boiler in bagno se si vuole acqua calda l'indomani, pertanto fare la doccia all'arrivo non è possibile (a meno di farla fredda). Unico plus la vicinanza con Apt di Delhi (4.4 km percorsi in taxi in 10 min alle 8 del mattino)

Good hotel near the airport
Perfect hotel if you need a low priced hotel near airport. I am thankful to the staff for being available every time I needed their help. The room condition is good especially for the price that I booked it for. The quality and quantity of breakfast was decent. Wifi speed was okay. All in all, I had a good stay with FabHotels.
