Absolutely incredible stay—honestly nicer than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, and for only ~$30 a night. The hotel is extremely new and spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the service was flawless. They even stored my luggage for over a week while I traveled north for a yoga retreat (completely free), and welcomed me back again before my flight home. Amazing room service, delicious food, and overall an exceptional experience.

Recently built or comprehensively refurbished hotel, very handy for New Delhi station and the Orange line to the Airport. A real jewel in the rough, the surrounding area is a little unprepossessing. Great and also surprising rooftop restaurant

I spent 4 nights there with my wife, the staff is friendly and the hotel is nice considering the price. I really recommend for short term stay. Is located next to the main bazaar market.

I had an excellent stay at Gold The Royal in New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel truly welcomed and allowed us to do an early check in with a reasonable addition fee. A special thanks to the receptionists, Mebub and Ruhi, for their warm hospitality, friendly attitude, and exceptional assistance throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. Despite the affordable price, the quality of the hotel and the service provided were truly impressive great value for money. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the city especially at the main bazaar area. Overall, it was wo I had a wonderful experience at Gold The Royal — highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.

Property exceeded my expectation. It was clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful. Property is exactly how it looked in pictures. Located in a quiet alley. Only issues was cars were not able to drive in. The rooftop bar was a nice place to wind down after a busy day.

Once i got my bearings it was easy to get to transport links. There was a shopping bazaar around the corner with shops, bars and cafes. My room was clean and comfortable and 24hr room service came in handy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Amazing service!!

We had an amazing time at Gold the Royal hotel. The staffs were amazing and so kind to us. Never did they hesitate to help us and the rooftop was really cozy. Each person, from the manager to the staff took really good care of us. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Very nice and friendly welcome from the staff. It is a brand new hotel and very clean. Unfortunately they don’t have a restaurant on site for the time being Would recommend anytime and have already booked to visit again

Brand new hotel. 5mins walk to both the New Delhi railway & Metro station. Please note this is not on the main road but in an alley which is a 2min walk from the main road. Staff were great & helpful. Beds were comfy.

Delhi stay

Very clean, modern hotel. Room was large, comfortable. Nice hot shower. Rooftop terrace pleasant. Although no restaurant, the hotel served food 24/7, deliverable to your room or the terrace. The quality was very good. Only downside is location. Very hard to find, not much to see or do nearby. Once you’re in the room, you stay there.

It was a good deal at under $30/night, very walkable to train station. Area is a bit grim though, and ubers will not be excited to go there. It's a confusing hotel, I ended up at gold regency because it's the same thing? I don't think "gold the royal" actually exists with that name. Room service food was good, and not too expensive, other than that there's just a kind of grim bar on the ground floor. Overall it was fine though as a base for seeing Delhi and surroundings.

Pleasant stay

Stayed here twice on the 20th February and first of April check in was fast no problems the room was good. Free water is provided in the room the room was clean. The bathroom is good with a rain shower with good water pressure but no where to hang towel and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Minor issues like no shower screen the bathroom gets wet. Other than that it was pleasant stay. On my first stay I did have breakfast on the terrace restaurant but found my Indian breakfast bland so did not bother eating there again. Both my stays were in transit. First time I was allowed late check out as I had a train to catch in the afternoon. Getting a taxi can be a problem as the bazaar gets very busy and people like Uber are reluctant to pick you up. Overall I had a pleasant stay whether I stay again depends on the price point as it’s very expensive for the area and surroundings . I found the staff to be good and service minded. Wish the hotel all best
