Consustently Good

Have stayed at this property multiple times. Rooms are consistently clean and servers are always more than willing to accommodate. Close to Delhi airport, so great for a stopover or before traveling elsewhere. Area is always buzzing with activity. Nice that the hotel has a gym, though it charges for such.

The hotel is near the airport, convenient if you have a plan to go other states in india. The staff are friendly and kind. The shower and the toilet are close and the floor is flat, so drain the water yourself after using it. Except that, we were comfortable when we stayed there.

Well Run Establishment close to the Airport

This is the secnd time I have stayed at Gracious, and both times were great. For the very reasonable price of the room, the whole place is very clean and well-kept. The staff is well trained and kind. The only thing is that everything is "chargeable." Go into it with a mindset of anything slightly extra will be possible but you'll need to pay for it. Usually the rate is reasonable - but nothing is free. Example: heat.

The food is awful. Don't even think about eating there. The hotel is not same as posted. At least the entry. You need to go through some sketchy areas to get into the hotel. I don't think I would ever want to stay there because of the location and the food

Pros - Polite staff, A Grade service, 15 mins from Delhi Airport terminal 3, In house kitchen is mind blowing, Cab drop service, wakeup call. 1km to Metro station Cons - Area doesn't have good option to dine in. You will be depending on inhouse kitchen. Rates are little bit on higher side. Apart from this i didn't think of anything.

I have visited Delhi couple of times and Hotel Gracious is the best place I have stayed in Delhi. Prior to the trip you receive detailed information about the location and how to get there. The rooms are modern and well equipped. Staffs and room services are excellent. Most importantly the owner, Virender is always reachable and at your service. Just do not forget to check the messages from him. Virender happens to throw free family lunch invitation to guests! Unfortunately I missed it. All in all my stay was great and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Delhi.

Service of hotel was poor. Even after multiple reminders did not provide wifi password. for ordering any service we had to remind multiple time. food was not at all good. Staff were not friendly, ok for 1 night stay as its near airport but not with family.

No heating on a freezing cold night.

Most everything was okay - nothing to brag about. There are many nicer places in the same area at better prices. What did discouraged me most was be charged over $5 for a room heater. It was a very cold night in January and the room did not have heating. This, by itself, is reason alone not to stay here. And I never will again.

WORST hotel experience ever.

By far the worst hotel experience I've ever had traveling over 50 countries. Here's a list: - Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures, do not be fooled. - The shower does not work. You need to fill water in a bucket and pour it over your head. - The 'complimentary' shampoo and body wash were PREOPENED and used by someone else before me. They didn't bother replacing these tiny bottles. - The neighbourhood was HORRIBLE. I grew up in a shady part of Istanbul and was still scared by the surroundings here. Do not recommend for solo travelers. - There is an incredible amount of street noise. Zero sound isolation - hell some of the windows arent even fully sealed. I'm a deep sleeper and I still woke up to the honking and screaming. - The walls are dirty and have paint coming off. - Hotel staff don't really know what they're doing. They were rude to me in check in and knocked on my door to give me water even though I didnt answer the first time and it was 1AM. I would recommend some training on hospitality. Unless you are desperate or tight on cash, I do not recommend putting yourself through this.

Als kurzes Stoppoverhotel föllig okay für den Preis kann man nicht ein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Würden es jederzeit für einen kurzen Stopp wieder buchen. Jedoch würden wir kein Frühstück dazu buchen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Uns war es wichtig das keine Krabbelviecher im Zimmer sind und die Betten sauber und das war der Fall.

På trods af corona-krise blev vi taget imod med åbne arme. ejeren Viren redegjorde kort for situationen i Indien og lovede at tage sig af os indtil vi havde fly hjem uanset om vi løb tør for penge. “Vi må jo stå sammen” sagde han. Han er et kærligt menneske og en engel i en forfærdelig tid. Vi ankom 3 timer før Indiens lockdown 24/3-20 og han informerede os hvad mr. Modi meldte ud. Han er en engel og hans personale supersøde. Vi fik serveret mad i opholdsstuen fra deres restaurant - husk at sige, maden skal være spicy!! Værelserne var fine-godt badeværelse-dog var el-installation mærkelig og ikke adskilt. Man slukkede for alt, når man skulle sove. Omgivelserne ved vi intet om, da vi ikke måtte gå ud😔

Excellent service

The staff and owner were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They arranged a driver for our Delhi sight seeing and cabs to the airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the food was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.
