Nice hotel

此酒店是住过的我认为最好酒店的。当时说房费不包含网费。后来经过协商同意了我们2间房都使用一天的免费网络后。后来27号凌晨5点要退房去泰姬陵玩,由于他们早餐时间是7点才开始,所以他们4点半就给我们送来了丰盛的早餐。让我们美美地吃了一餐满意地离开酒店。酒店房间设施都很棒,就是吹风机的风小了一点。

BEWARE.....I reserved the room thinking i would be offered a non smoking room. But when they took my payment and sent me the email confirmation It was a Smoking room. I tried to cancel the reservation immediately within 10 minutes of booking but it wont let me. Expedia got involved and they said, no worries you will be refunded as you have tried to cancel immediately. But to no avail. Holiday Inn did not even tried to contact me. So I lost $100 for a nights stay. I will report this matter to their management and do whatever possible to aware the people of this malpractice and deceptive policies.

The hotel refused to honor the booking for King size bed room despite booking in advance .The staff was rude and don't care attitude citing its not guaranteed . Defeats the purpose of advance booking and my trust on Holiday inn as a chain is seriously dented . Expedia to be fair, tried their best but really disappointed with Holiday Inn as a chain and is reflected by the fact that my next booking I avoided them . Would recommend Expedia should consider blacklisting such chain which doesn't keep guest first , which is the basic principal in hospitality industry !

I never had to write a review but the worst experience at this hotel made me write this review. We booked 6 rooms and had multiple issues : 1st issue - 1 room booked under no smoking room had a strong smell of smoking, upon asking the help desk all they did was spraying a room freshener. We requested for a room change. When we thought the issues has been taken care, then we dealt with another leaking issue in the washroom and had to use the place as is. (I have a video) Next day when I went to concierge and spoke to manager and told him the issue, all he did was to ask us to send him the video of the leakage and no apology or concern. 2nd issue : Poor service - Upon asking a glass multiple times during breakfast, the service manager just showed us her hand and we had to wait 15 minutes for a glass. (morning of 4th September 2022) 3rd issue : When we checked out, the staff put someone else bag in our car. When they found out about it the manager called with no apology and asked me to come back to return the luggage ???? Then we told them to send someone else to pick the bag as its not our fault. When the other person came to pick up the bag all he said was "its okay" we came from 3 different cities and had great experience until we stayed at this hotel. mismanagement, poor hospitality, bad maintenance.

For the price, it's an unbeatable value. But the property in particular, it's definitely showing its age. The staff is courteous although, they did put me in a smoking room at first even though I specifically asked for a non smoking room at check in. When I got to the room and complained about it, they first said they can send someone with a room freshner (which is basically going to kill your lungs even more). I insisted on a different room and they obliged and moved me in 10 minutes. Breakfast is OK, nothing to write home about. But again, for the price, it's a great value overall.
