I never had to write a review but the worst experience at this hotel made me write this review. We booked 6 rooms and had multiple issues :
1st issue - 1 room booked under no smoking room had a strong smell of smoking, upon asking the help desk all they did was spraying a room freshener.
We requested for a room change. When we thought the issues has been taken care, then we dealt with another leaking issue in the washroom and had to use the place as is. (I have a video)
Next day when I went to concierge and spoke to manager and told him the issue, all he did was to ask us to send him the video of the leakage and no apology or concern.
2nd issue : Poor service - Upon asking a glass multiple times during breakfast, the service manager just showed us her hand and we had to wait 15 minutes for a glass. (morning of 4th September 2022)
3rd issue : When we checked out, the staff put someone else bag in our car. When they found out about it the manager called with no apology and asked me to come back to return the luggage ???? Then we told them to send someone else to pick the bag as its not our fault. When the other person came to pick up the bag all he said was "its okay"
we came from 3 different cities and had great experience until we stayed at this hotel.
mismanagement, poor hospitality, bad maintenance.
