Delicious food. Helpful & friendly staff except for dreadful female receptionist ‘So’ who is dismissive, rude and unhelpful. This woman lets an otherwise good staff team down and should not be employed to work with the public. Rooms dirty and run down although the beds are comfortable.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Nitin for his excellent support. I would definitely recommend this. Room facilities are good. Food is tasty. I also used the fitness center and all equipment were operational and in good condition.

The hotel shuts down the hot water supply. When I come back after a days work and want to take bath , the water is luke warm. This has happened in Oct 2024 stay as well.

Low on maintenance. Water came dirty on the first day. Shower heads not cleaned water splashing all over in the bathroom. Location is aloof.

Property was nice but far from all sights. Very inconvenient. Nowhere to walk or enjoy close by. Everything is about 45 minutes to an hour by car. I felt like this was misrepresented by both the hotel and Expedia.

Horrible stay

Broken sink and tap. Mold in bathroom shower. Toilet flush not working didn’t even bother to fix. Interior needs heavy maintenance. outside facade is all you get for the price interiors are dated. They charge you for every little thing such as requesting ice. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

I had booked a stay at Park Inn for my wife and her father. They arrived quite late at night, and the hotel graciously upgraded their room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The night team was extremely helpful, courteous, and made them feel comfortable after a long day. Unfortunately, the experience just before checkout was disappointing. A staff member named Soni was unhelpful, disengaged, and came across as borderline discriminatory. Her behaviour and body language visibly changed when she attended to German guests who were next in line, which left my wife feeling quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, her colleague Sejal noticed my wife’s irritation and stepped in to assist. Sejal handled the situation professionally and with empathy, which we truly appreciate. Overall, the stay had the potential to be a 5-star experience, and it would have been one if not for the poor behaviour encountered at checkout. Consistency in service and sensitivity across all guests is something the hotel should reflect on.
