One of the reason for booking this hotel was swimming pool for kids. Disappointed!
Day 2 evening - there was conference near pool and access was denied.
Day 3 morning - was initially told can access pool at 8:30am (instead of 7am), but at 8:30am was told it is closed for birthday party celebration.
Day 4 morning - was initially told pool access is closed for event, but upon contention was allowed.

Pricey, maybe trying to encash the location.

The hotel is very basic and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom got extremely wet because of no enclosed bathing space. Rooms are cramped and the corridor areas that are carpetted very dirty. The hotel needs a revamp and upgrade.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job supplying our room and ensuring cleanliness. The breakfast was really good. They even have a live station making your choice of eggs and waffles.

I was landing in India at 2am and had arranged transportation for the hotel to collect me a month in advance. I landed in India and no transportation. Someone from JW Marriott assisted me in calling the hotel and the employee spent his time saying, “yes I can see the email” rather than we can send a car now or advising how they could help me. I got to the hotel, same employee checked me in who I spoke to on the phone, and acted like nothing had happened. I expressed my frustration, his response was the day team would follow up with me, I reached that hotel at 3am. I am a platinum guest with Radisson so room upgrades and late check outs are standard benefits. No one called me in the morning until they wanted to verify when I was leaving and when I did check out still no manager met me. Nothing offered. No assistance with onward transportation. Needless to say, I will never stay here again.

Construction noise outside the room from 4am. Room would not lock from outside. Ignored in the restaurant when waiting for 5+ minutes despite standing next to 4 members of staff and asking if anyone was working.
Recent 5 night stay whilst visting Delhi. Out of town but a huge advantage to be away from mayhem. Steps from metro which was the best way to get around. Frequent service, efficient and cheap. Never saw other tourists using but as roads beyond congested it was a huge advantage to be able to use. Always felt safe but never used at night. Staff great and restaurant excellent which was important as much too daunting to venture out at night.
