Overnighter

An overnight stay en route to Jim Corbett tiger reserve. Room 101was fine, a nice size with all amenities. We had dinner and the food was excellent as was the service. As we were leaving early morning the hotel provided a packed breakfast which was a nice touch. Good value for money

Amazing

Very nice hotel that met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean with nice amenities, and the staff were very attentative. The location is great as the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is easy to navigate as a foreigner. I was very happy to see they included soy milk at the breakfast buffet as this is hard to find in India

This was a convenient hotel to stay at for a first-time visitor to India. The reception staff were helpful and kindly upgraded me to an executive suite after the first night. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The restaurant had a variety of food for breakfast and dinner. All of the day trips I organised picked-up from the hotel; and the hotel was in close proximity to metro stations and walking distance to nearby streets for shopping and soaking up the atmosphere of Delhi.

Clean, Excellent staff, Great Value

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff at this hotel. My family referred me to this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I stayed here two separate times for 6 days in October’23. Both rooms I had were super clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed, and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. The staff is very kind and professional. Overall the quality of this place reflects the excellent management. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is a sure winner, close access to the Metro making travel to any part of Delhi easy. Close to Epicure which offers enough eating variety. The property must ensure that the basic finish is improved, cleanliness needs to improve significantly. Staff are very courteous. Adding a few more female employees shall probably change the service quality standards and customer experience.

Room has a wet bathroom and water is spilled over everywhere. Also room was hot and air conditioning is set up where it cannot be adjusted. Needless to say it was difficult to sleep. Room itself is nice and clean. Receptionist is friendly and helpful.

While this property has a 4 star rating I would classify it is a 3 star hotel. It lacked a standard of cleanliness and upkeep I need to feel truly relaxed in a space. The doors were very heavy to the rooms also and people made noise at all hours of the night. It was a so-so place. Service was great but the included breakfast—the indian food—was not up to standard.

Excellent small hotel

Room was extremely well designed and furnished; very easy and fast free Internet access, stylish bathroom with superb shower, extremely helpful and courteous staff. One of the best hotel experiences I have had interns of value and comfort.

Greit hotell men skulle gjerne hatt heis til alle

Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Det trakk imidlertid veldig ned på inntrykket at heisen ikke gikk helt opp til min etasje og at det vanskelig med kofferter opp til 3. etasje. Det var også mye støv under sengen. Ellers var det veldig rent og pent. Mat og drikke i cafe var veldig god. Litt vanskelig å gå i området etter min mening.

夜中の騒音

もう何回も滞在しているお気に入りのホテルです。前々回と今回は夜中に突然屋上の機械から大きな音が１時間以上続きました。騒音と言っても問題ないレベルの音でした。３階のホテルでしたので４階にある機械から直接振動と騒音が来ています。次回は１階もしくは２階の部屋に滞在します。

We were there for 2 nights in their club room. Delhi was experiencing historically cold temperatures at night. My central heating didn’t work at all. They brought in an electric portable heater to my room for us to use. Totally unacceptable! Also, why would this hotel turn off hot water in the night? The Shervani hotel needed to provide hot water 24/7 given the price of the room that we were paying. We could not bathe late night after 1am or early morning at 5:30am. Truly disappointing!

Disappointing stay

To begin with, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely bad. The staff tried to fix it but it was not good enough. Upon arriving to our room, we found stains on the toilet seat. I had to call housekeeping at 10pm at night to clean it. Heater was not working in room. Called reception multiple times and they sent staff to assist. However, heater would only work for 30 minutes maximum. For the price paid which is almost 100 USD per night, this hotel is not worthy. Friends told me I could have stayed in a rated 5-star hotel for the price paid. Only good thing is the breskfast.
