Front desk did nit have any unfo on my reservation or arrival. Phone was not un functioning order to call up and ask about directions from airport as cab driver (meru)disnt know. No kitchen. A phone number was given to order lunch from oitside. They took 2 hours to deliver lunch. No hot water for bath. Finally manges ti give in bucket. No tissues, sanitizer or dental, shaving kits. Intercom went out of order. Had horrible experience. For anything u ask answer was becauss of covid. I also know, i can also say same answers but we got to move forward.

Very bad and unprofessional experience
The stay was pathetic had to shift my father who was a cancer patient. The room was untidy, the staff were rude and not up to the mark. Pathetic stay for the hotek

Lo peor!
El peor hotel que hemos hospedado. todos eran sorpresas l, aunque le enseñe el papel de nuestra reserva y el pago a ellos no le constaba la reserva ni se querian saber que pudo pasar. al llamar a hoteles.com a España no querian hablar con ellos ya que le decian que le hablara en su idioma Hondi y que no entendían el inglés. al final se despues de casi dos hora se pudo aclarar y nos dieron habitación, llena de polvo, sucio, no habia nada que estiviera limpio. el comedor donde dan desayunos es nunca mejor dicho tercer mundista, seleccion pobre, sucio, salero pegajoso por no haber limpiado nunca. la moqueta de pasillo muy sucia con malos olores. trato de peronal de recepcion y el director del hotel nada amigable. eran pasotas. al final una pesadilla y que horror. jamas volvere ahi.

Accute Manpower shortage leeads to drop in Service
They do not have adequate manpower. Staff are over worked. See same faces in FB as well as Housekeeping morning to evening. Good staff. Trying their best to meet expectation. Lack of laundry facility. Shortage of towels, bed sheets etc. Dependent on outside laundry.
