Very very bad stay
I was booking for 1 night and in this booking breakfast is free for 2 persons but hotel will be charged me,in this room cleaning not done,soap not provide by hotel,room not like as a pic

Room was nothing like the picture, the picture looked nice, the room was a bit noisey and not the cleanest, it's tired needs cleaning and painting...

Worst ever experience
I have made this booking through hotels.com and paid amount in advance. Hotel reception denied checkin request. Very poor hotel and services. I would never book this. I have suffered lot due to this incident.

they wanted to charge for drinking water when it is advertised it is free. took constant asking to get drinking water. the food was small portions and took 2 hours and 4 calls to get change back. asked for room cleaning and it never happened once in 7 days. seemed like the staff was to busy talking to each other to attend to me, the guest. laundry took 3 days to get done. only got the free breakfast once in 7 days

Shocking stay.
I reached the hotel for one night stay at 8 AM, for which I had paid in advance. I had to stay without electricity till 2AM and I had office in morning at 10 AM. I could not expected such a stay after paying 1K in advance. Please avoid this hotel from your list.

Onhygiënisch, verschrikkelijk stinkende buurt
Bij aankomst, ontzettend arrogant ontvangen. Bij de balie wisten ze niet echt veel. Ze gaven aan onze namen bij de politie door te geven, omdat wij in dit hotel verblijven. Dit is onzin! Daarna heeft die kopieën gemaakt van de paspoorten en was het ineens goed. Kamer gekregen bij de lift en boven ons een apparaat wat constant geluid maakte. Dit terwijl mijn moeder ziek is. Kamer niet schoon. Overal stof en kregen jeuk. Geklaagd en kregen andere kamer. Netjes geholpen. In hun ogen was deze kamer veel beter.. omdat er een koelkastje in stond. Helaas hygiëne net zo erg. Overal stof. Badkamer vies, schimmel en niet schoongemaakt. Het ergste was dat er geen warm water was. Ze vertelden ons dat het morgen wel warm water is. Is dit normaal? Lijkt me niet. We zijn dan ook de volgende ochtend meteen vertrokken naar een andere hotel. Ohja daarnaast is de ligging verschrikkelijk. Boven rijdt er een metro en is vlakbij een rivier of meer, stinkt ontzettend. Weinig winkels en bijna geen vervoer mogelijkheden. Liever een andere hotel boeken!! Bij het weggaan heb ik aangegeven mijn geld terug te willen, maar dit kon niet en ik kreeg geen bewijs van uitchecken. Kijk goed uit. Ik heb uiteindelijk toch uitcheck bewijs gekregen na veel aandringen, omdat dit mijn bewijs is en achteraf niet kunnen zeggen dat ik daar alle dagen heb verbleven. Met dank aan Hotels.com heb ik mijn geld teruggekregen. Top en netjes afgehandeld. Zo een hotel hoort niet in hotels.com. Jullie zijn meer waard.
