The hotel is on Arakashan Road, Paharaganj close to New Delhi railway station. The lanes are narrow and hard for big cars to navigate. The checkin was a relatively smooth.
We had chosen a deluxe room, but was small for 3 adults when the extra bed was put. The TV in my room was not working and they couldn't fix it.
I found the staff to be preferential to customers outside India. The food in breakfast is limited but ok taste wise. They take long time to refill and service is really poor. A simple order during dinner took more than 1 hour to prepare. When asked the staff about the delay he behaved rudely & showed really bad attitude.
The reception also created lot of confusion during checkout regarding payment, even after showing the hotels.com booking which stated clearly that payment was paid in full, they claimed that amount was not showing up & I had to pay room rent again. I had to pull down my card statement and send a couple of mails to reservation desk to settle it. This could have been handled in a better way, but they gave bad attitude.
I would not prefer to stay in this hotel again
