We immediately were upgraded to a premium suite. Our flights were all delayed. Our baggage is missing and this hotel quickly picked us up from airport. Allowed us to have breakfast before we even checked into our room. This is my third time at trident. I just love it here. I canā€™t wait to come back . One of the best hotels Iā€™ve stayed in. The hotel itself was stunning. The food was incredible but the best thing about this hotel were the staff. They were amazing. If I could take them with me every time i go on holidays, I would.

Exceptional services and great decor

The courteous staff truly makes you feel welcome, and the beautiful decor along with the overall ambience is outstanding! I used to stay at other places, but now Trident is my only choice whenever Iā€™m in Gurgaon. The biggest difference here is the exceptional staff ā€“ they set Trident apart from all other hotels!
