El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de centros comerciales, suficiente estacionamiento y seguro sobre todo, las instalaciones eran limpias, el desayuno nos sorprendio por la variedad. lo que nos pareció extraño fue que nos entregaron el control remoto de la TV al momento de hacer check in y tuvimos que regresarlo al hacer el check out, no me había pasado en ningún otro hotel. El joven que nos hizo check in muy amable y servicial.

Las almohadas están horribles, súper duras y altas, no salió agua caliente al bañarnos, el control de la TV no funcionó y tampoco había plancha. Pasamos en general muy mala noche y terminamos con un baño con agua fría. No volvemos a hospedarnos ahí!

La habitación estaba limpia, aunque faltaban toallas, jabón, el contenedor de la crema en una habitación estaba sin crema y en la otra habitación estaba arrancado (no había nada). Las chicas de la recepción muy amables, pero los chicos de la noche con mala actitud y también las chicas de la cocina con muy mala actitud. Creo que es un tema de que el gerente los capacite en atención al público ya que el trato es primitivo en algunos de los integrantes del personal del Hotel

en general es un hotel nuevo y comodo en sus habitaciones, solo el detalle que no estan equipadas las habitaciones con todo lo necesario, como toallas, jabones, cremas, etc. Se nota que generalmente no tienen muchos huespedes, que por lo mismo no equipan las habitaciones con todo lo necesario para hacer uso de ellas, es molesto tener que estar solicitando cada vez que uno requiere algo en recepcion.
