Lovely cafe, clean room but the room could have had a table or chair to sit at and there was plenty of room for a fridge rather than share a fridge. Nowhere to hang your towel except over the shower screen but bathroom was new and tidy.

Good location, very affordable

Location was great, lovely big share kitchen, and restaurant on the premises was quite good. Unfortunately our room had a noisy aircon or fan outside the window which kept my friend awake. And one toilet in our floor was not working. Great value for the money but be prepared that you may need to take your cases up a couple of flights of stairs.

This was excellent value for money. Train and truck noise is an issue for rooms facing street. Not venues fault but be aware. The rear access driveway is gravel loose and problem for motorcycles as it's quite steep and curved sharply. I would stay here again. Staff were great. Place was clean meals were high quality and well priced. Service excellent and staff really helpful and cheerful.

Clean and tidy, nice kitchen and shared eating area. Modern shared bathrooms and toilets plenty of them. What is bad: noisy all night due to hotel cool rooms refrigeration fan noise.

The property itself was lovely, however I did a late check in. I did not receive any instructions and there was no one available on the phone. By mere luck I found the key on a mail box in the back door.

This hotel is very good value for money. It is not fancy but it is beautifully looked after. The community room where you can go and have a cuppa is unique and adds another dimension to staying there. We would certainly stay again if we are looking for a reasonably priced, clean and great location near cafes and shops in Deloraine! 👍👍👍

This property gets good reviews but beware. They hotel is clean but that is about the only good comment I can make. The rooms are up narrow stairs. Room was ok but no Airconditioning and 31 degrees that day. So hot had to try and sleep with the window open but with the fan on the room was so hot all night. Then the fan caused the blind to rattle all night. Trains passed by all night and honked their horns 3 or four times! There are other places that looked nice and in quieter parts of the town. Shop around the Deloriane hotel is very very average.
