“Four adults stayed at the villa for two weeks in February. Villa was clean, very functional, no frills but it had what we needed. Owner Laura was quick to respond to our need of 2 beach towels. The refrigerator door needs to be switched so that it doesn’t open into the room- it makes it hard to access from the room. Also disappointed in the outside porch area- it was small, unattended to, the shade sail was down, and only half of the grill worked. But if you don’t plan to spend much time at the……

“Overall good. Some minor issues. No shampoo. Shower slippery. No bathroom cleaner. No linens for futon, bigger issue. No cooking oil or spray. Not .25 miles from Atlantic ave, Approximately 1.2”

“Cozy, comfortable triplex, pleasant and courteous neighbors, convenient location( a bit close to the highway) all made for a nice stay. The neighborhood was very quiet, especially after 8 p.m. The matresses were very firm but pillows were very soft. We will definitely return to Delray Beach. We had a wonderful time!”

“The manager tried somewhat to be helpful...but huge issues: a.) my crucial pharmacy medicine and 3 other small parcels that were proven delivered by photos from Amazon... were stolen from the front porch upstairs, likely by the former guest or the maid. The manager did not offer any help nor compensation, nor take any responsibility for this(even though she had given me permission to mail those items to myself at the unit).. b.) this place is like being in the middle of a stadium of floodlights……

“Never stayed there. Contacted host on day we were supposed to enter home, He said he knew nothing about our stay. Called b VRBo they spoke to him apparently he did not know how to receive the info from VRBO about our stay/ gong show, sketchy, so did not have place to stay last minute. Very stressful, an address was provided earlier and we went and looked at it Not good neighborhood, many homes boarded up sketchy people hanging about but we were prepared to stay there if necessary.”

“Traveling alone can be worrying. I felt perfectly safe in this cute studio. Had everything I needed in a location only a 5 minute drive to The Delray Beach center. The host was very responsive to all of my questions. The property was neat and well cared for outside. The apartment was clean and comfy.”

“Had relatives nearby but was nice to come 'home" to sleep, make some snacks, have some space to ourselves. Nice walk to the beach ~30 min; less to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants. Just would like a mirror besides the bathroom half mirror above the sink Thanks ~Folks from Colorado”
