  • This suite is a great space for 1-3 guest. there's one bedroom with a queen bed as well as a super comfortable double size sofa bed in the living room with extra linens/pillows. The extra long driveway is steps away from entrance. We are located 1 mile from exciting downtown Atlantic Avenue where you will find many restaurants, specialty shops and entertainment. The City of Delray offers free rides to the beach and the Avenue. Just download their app RIDE FREEBEE and enjoy the ride. This suite includes a fridge/freezer microwave, and coffee maker.

walking distance to Pineapple Grove & Atlantic Ave

Great little apartment for one or two … super clean and welcoming (the host Susan was available immediately when we had an issue with the VRBO app not loading inbox for us to see her message to us re: key code for check-in); my sister and I came to Delray Beach to visit our parents so we didn’t need all the amenities like a pool or kitchen because we were at their place most of the day, but it was great being able to walk just a mile to Atlantic Ave in the morning for breakfast through scenic Pineapple Grove. Nice having two separate spaces for two people too. We got used to the train running though the neighborhood and actually miss it (added to the unique travel experience!) Didn’t really hear it at night with the AC on but should be aware there is one! Would stay again… thanks Susan!

Covid-19 Sting

Very pleased with the property manager but can't say the same for VRBO. Had to make last minute changes because of Covid-19 but the web site would not let me and could not get in touch with VRBO. Schedule change once again caused me to cancel altogether but due to the start date lapse I could not cancel on line and got zero help from VRBO!

I needed a place nearby town as I was visiting my mom. Had everything I needed and a great location. Clean, laid back vibe and the owners are great.
