“First time booking holiday inn on hotels.com rather than holiday inn app, I thought our room was not as nice as my precious stay's. Also the room was missing the tv remote but I did not tell reception until morning when checking out as we arrived so late at night. The staff did apologise and are all friendly. ”

My main concern was that after being very clear in my booking that I had a physical disabilty I was allocated a bedroom along a corridor with two sets of stairs. “An excellent hotel . We had a very large room and super bathroom, complete with big modern bath and separate sizeable shower. There were some issues on the day of our arrival, including a kettle which required immediate replacement, a television with non-working guide and - a most unusual problem never previously encountered - the same television set could not be switched off when we went to bed. “Great stay at a lovely hotel, lovely welcome on arrival, evening 3 course meal was lovely (complements to the chef!!), bed super comfortable, shower was hot and had amazing pressure (needed after a long days work), breakfast choice was great with the Scottish breakfast being the perfect size for a hard day back at work. 100% be back for sure.”
