This is not your typical VRBO - this property is decorated with beautiful art work, great coffee bar setup, great outdoor patio, Would highly recommend this property.

Spacious, room for a large gathering. Very clean and well designed. Grill on the patio was awesome. Comfortable beds and couches, 2 - 1/2 bath worked well for the four of us.

Fantastic place in Delta!

The Loft was absolutely fantastic. Great location, easy access to everything and the space was amazing! Beckie was such a gracious host and the Loft had everything we needed to make our stay a wonderful experience and time with family. Highly recommend!

Historic Hidden Gem

Really enjoyed staying here. It was extremely clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It is larger than it appeared in the photographs. Would 10/10 recommend staying here again - a hidden gem in Delta.

This is a very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed loft. It is very roomy and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be staying there again when we are in the area. We highly recommend it!!

WOW, this is the Delta bomb!

Very large & artistic loft in historic building in downtown Delta. It is completely fabulous in every way! 2 great restaurants downstairs. 👍👍👍

Absolutely wonderful!

This apartment is a gem! It is decorated beautifully, very clean, and fully stocked! There is plenty of room. I would love to sit on the balcony in the spring or summer. I will absolutely stay here the next time I’m in the area.

Delta Get Away Super Cool Loft!

Pictures do not do justice, this loft has a huge kitchen and dining area and living room with an incredible u shaped couch. Nice size patio with lots of seating and amazing location close to several restaurants and a great coffee shop just across the street. We were greeted with a homemade delicious apple bread and a super clean, well equipped home. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and well appointed. Very cool place to be with interesting art. Lovely patio. Would stay there again but never again in July. We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year. The AC was not on. The tall ceilings on the second floor of the old building created an inferno. It was HOT. we were miserable. Could barely breathe and certainly could not sleep. The small window unit air conditioners didn't touch the heat.

Amazing property!

I’m not kidding when I say not only was this my favorite VRBO stay of all time (and that’s saying something), but I legitimately was trying to figure out how to make an offer to buy the place. It is WONDERFUL! Comfortable, right downtown, lovely artwork and overall design, amazing ceilings, lovely patio, comfortable furniture, ambiance, just delightful. We already planned our next western slope trip to stay here longer. I hesitate to say how much we loved it because I want it all to myself! For real though - to our hosts, if you ever want to sell, call me first! 😀

Exactly as advertised

We were not disappointed by this rental. Everything you need is there and is exactly as advertised. It is on Main Street of the town and you can hear the cars, but it was very comfortable, clean, and close to everything. It made a great place to stay close to all the sites and interests of the area. The owner was also very responsive, although we didn’t need anything during our stay.

From the moment we arrived the place was charming and comfortable! You are greeted by art and beauty everywhere as the rooms are all very well decorated! The loft is a visual delight as well as a relaxing place to retreat at the end of the day. The kitchen is very well organized and fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals for yourself or a crowd!The beds are comfortable with lots of bedding and pillows. The bathrooms are plentiful and the showers have excellent pressure too! The living area couch is a delight for visiting or watching a family movie as it is huge and feels so nice to sit and relax. The patio is cute and has all the features needed to create a magical evening of visits over a gas fire pit lit by lights all around. Last but not least the entire stay was enhanced by the gracious hospitality and attention from the host!

Exceeded our expectations

I read the reviews (all accurate) and it still exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for a small family reunion and perfect space for our family matriarchs to visit. There is AC in the bedrooms now as well as living space which kept us comfortable. Whole place is beautifully stocked with all that you would need. Plus, Groceries (2-3 blocks) and liquor store is 1 block. It will be a race between the cousins to see WHO gets to rent Korloft next time we get together.

A unique loft

Our family of four had a great experience staying at the Korloft. Check in was very easy, and Becky’s communication was fantastic through the entire booking process. The living area is super comfortable and the decorations throughout are very nice. If I had one negative it would be that the bedrooms are rather noisy at night, as they are located in the front of the unit, right on the main intersection outside. Other than that is it perfect. Very convenient to Grande Junction airport.
