Amenities like coffee and cookies need an update. The food at dinner was overly salted and the service declined during the dinner - strong start and a weak finish.”

“The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the staff went out of their way to help us. We were assigned a "family" room with an inredible view, even though we had requested a King. There was no problem in switching over - we understood that the girl at reception was giving us an upgrade with the view, but we preferred the larger bed. Our rate included breakfast and dinner. We had the same server (Erica) each night, and she was so fantastic.”
