Rundum mega zufrieden

Alles war super. Flexibilität bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Im Haus war alles einsatzbereit Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine . Das Haus verfügte über eine große Garage mit Zugang zum Haus. Was sehr angenehm war, da steht auch die Waschmaschine drin. Ein Traumhaftes Haus. Die Küche klebte sehr von den griffen her und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Betten waren gewöhnungsbedürftig und im Eltern Schlafzimmer fehlte auch ein lattenrost. Die Duscheinrichtung im Haus könnte erneuert werden. Das sind kleine Mängel, wir hatten einen phanstischen Urlaub

Sommerurlaub 2024

Das Team von Beatrice ist immer erreichbar. Wir kommen schon das 2. Mal nach Riumar. Man wird immer freundlich empfangen und das Ferienhaus ist immer vorbereitet. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast, da wir uns immer sehr wohl fühlen. In Bezug auf das Ferienhaus Angeles ist die Ausstattung der Kücheneinrichtung (Töpfe und Pfannen) etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber für den alltäglichen Bedarf ist alles vorhanden. Die Badezimmergarnitur hat über die Zeit etwas gelitten. Insbesondere die Duscharmatur und der Toilettenpapierhalter muss mal erneuert werden.

Sehr gute Lage, mit Luft nach oben

Die Lage war sehr gut. In drei Minuten zu Fuß ist man beim Spar. Das Grundstück war schön eingezäunt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei. Wir konnten ihn rennen lassen, ohne dass wir Bedenken haben mussten, dass er abhauen kann. Wenn man einen Hund mit Jagdtrieb hat, muss man aufpassen, dass er die Vögel nicht schnappt. Unserer hat einen erwischt, den wir aber Gott sei Dank retten konnten. Der Pool ist schön und von der Größe her gut. Ich bin täglich meine Bahnen gezogen. Das Grundstück ist so, dass man den ganzen Tag die Sonne hatte, was für mich super war, aber meinem Mann hat der Schatten gefehlt. Es gab einen Sonenschirm, aber der Ständer war sehr schwer. Da mein Mann erst an der Bandscheibe operiert wurde und er mir zu schwer war, blieb er in der Garage. Ich bin ganz sicher, wenn wir etwas gesagt hätten, hätte die Vermieterin dafür gesorgt, dass er raus kommt. Das war meinem Mann aber nicht so wichtig, da er die Terrasse als Ausweichmöglichkeit hatte. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafräume, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer und mit einer Theke abgeteilt eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd mit Backofen und eine schöne, große Kühl- Gefrierkombi. Es gab in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Zum Meer war es auch nicht weit. Zu Fuß bis an den Familienstrand benötigt man ca. 5 - 10 Minuten. Wir sind mit unserem Hund jeden Morgen als Gassirunde an den Hundestrand gelaufen. Da könnte man dann Badesachen mitnehmen und baden gehen. Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch Luft nach oben. Die Schränke waren teilweise klebrig. Das Geschirr haben wir teilweise erst mal gespült. Es könnten mehr Kuchenteller sein. Da gab es nur drei Stück. Wir haben dann die großen genommen. Auch das Mobiliar war teilweise nicht mehr so ansehnlich. Man könnte aus dem Haus noch einiges rausholen. Als wir angereist sind, lagen Palmenblätter am Pool rum. Die lagen auch noch, als wir wieder gegangen sind. Am Rand vom Pool lag ein Kescher. Wir hätten ihn gerne ab und zu mal benutzt, aber der war total schmutzig. Es gibt eine Dusche hinter dem Haus, aber auch diese war schmutzig. Wir wollten dann die Gartendusche, die vor Ort war, benutzen, dafür fehlte dann der Adapter. Den haben wir dann beim Chinesen gekauft und stellten dann fest, dass beim Brauskopf das "Sieb" fehlte. Man konnte die Gartenusche dann aber trotzdem benutzen. Unser Fazit, das Haus ist gut, wenn man über ein paar Sachen wegschaut, aber nicht zu dem Preis. Wir fanden das Haus zu teuer, für das was es geboten hat

Klein, aber fein - sehr freundliche Betreuung

Riumar ist eine Siedlung, die zum größten Teil aus Ferienhäusern besteht. Unseres lag nur 200 Meter vom Strand und dem Zugang zum Naturpark entfernt - perfekt. Der Pool hat den ganzen Nachmittag Sonne, Sichtschutz am Gartenzaun sorgt für Privatsphäre. Es gibt in allen Räumen Klimaanlage - bei sommerlicher Extremhitze unverzichtbar. Der Strom dafür ist allerdings extra zu zahlen, was recht teuer werden kann. Es gibt zwar etliche Pflanzen, aber keinerlei Gras auf dem Grundstück, was offenbar weithin üblich und in hohen Wasserpreisen begründet ist. Das ist verständlich, aber nicht schön, denn das steinerne Grundstück heitzt sich dadurch zusätzlich auf und speichert die Hitze. Die Betreuung ist perfekt und sehr freundlich, der Hund ist willkommen. In der Küche wild zusammengewürfeltes Inventar, aber irgendwie ist alles da, was man braucht. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Garage sorgen ebenso für Komfort, wie angenehme Matratzen in den Betten. Die Natur im Delta ist hinreißend. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Den Rücken-gefährlichen WC-Deckel in der Gästetoilette entschärfen ), die Putzfrauen bitten, auch die Töpfe auf angebrannte Reste zu untersuchen, die Bereiche um die Knöpfe für die Küchenschränke farblich aufpolieren.
