From the new laminate and tile flooring to the new countertops, refinished
cabinetry and shelving, to the new appliances, fixtures, and furnishings,
there's nothing not to like about this significantly refreshed 2-story,
3-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath family vacation cabin. Upon entering, you'll discover a
mud room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open living/dining floorplan
with a dining table that provides seating for eight, a new cozy and
comfortable sectional couch facing a rock encased gas fireplace, and a flat-
screen monitor, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances
including a dishwasher, new countertops, and refinished cabinetry, plus one
bedroom with 1-full sized bed and one full bath with all new tile floors,
accents, new cabinetry and fixtures, and there's a slider off of the living
room that accesses a nice sized deck, complete with a gas BBQ…because it's
always grillin' season! Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals
one bedroom with 2-queen-sized beds, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed,
and a private balcony for taking in Mt. Baker's majestic scenery. There's a
brand new ensuite 3/4 bathroom complete with double vanities. This pet-
friendly (2-pet maximum No exceptions) WiFi* equipped, EV charger equipped,
and monitored family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 8 persons
(ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests
enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,
backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,
whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER
Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the
photography is unsurpassed year-round!
OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for
Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as
the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent
service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no
sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to
function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this
regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate
eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written
Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private
residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring
residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing
them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.
They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in
advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests
seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via
a different provider.
