Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #17 - A Rustic Family Cabin with Modern Features!
This 2-story, 2+ bedroom, 1 ¾-bath 1500 sq ft rustic family cabin features lots of country charm with modern conveniences! Entering through the side entrance brings you into an open and airy living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, a futon for sitting and relaxing, a flat-screen monitor with wi-fi, a separate kitchen with all new appliances including a dishwasher, one bedroom with 1-queen size bed, and one full bath. Ascending to the second floor, you’ll discover an open loft sleeping area with 2-twin-sized log beds, a partitioned ¾-bath, and one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Outside the main floor is a covered country-style porch—perfect for sipping your favorite afternoon beverage, and a gas grill. This pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions) and monitored family vacation property says “cabins-in-the-mountains” and sleeps 6 (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
