"An excellent house with fabulous views - spacious, modern, comfortable (although we all found the mattresses too soft for our liking), very clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay.We particularly liked sitting & eating out on one of the two balconies, which get the early morning sun.While we didn’t use the eating area by the boathouse, we loved the use of the kayaks - especially when the dolphins turned up!The information on the shortcut to Denhams beach was really helpful. Lovely walks along the Munjip trail; Surf Beach cafe is well worth checking out (useful grocery store across the road); and totally loved Eurobodalla Regional Botanical Garden.While not all day, every day, a drawback was the noise (from 7.30am) from the construction (which just seems to have started) of a house right beside the accommodation. "
