Charming villa with pool and garden near to Denia (approx. 2.5 km.) In the foothills of the mountain Montgo.

The villa it has a nice garden with grass, swimming pool, large parking area, outside shower, terraces.

It consists of two floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room with comfortable and rustic furnitures, a spacious dining room also with access to the American kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one double) with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with tub. On the first floor, the master bedroom is complemented by a dressing room, terrace, and a bathroom with shower. Hence access a solarium where you can enjoy the magnificent view of Denia and the sea. There is air conditionning only in the main bedroom.

The villa is ideal for a perfect vacation, thanks to its privacy and tranquility of its location (on the slopes of Montgo) and it has also the advantage of being very close to La Pedrera, a small hamlet belonging to Denia where we find any kind of services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on.
