In the historic town of Denia on the coast of Alicante, this vacation apartment welcomes you. Inside, bright and tastefully furnished rooms await you, making an appealing impression. Families or friendly couples will find here the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.



From the friendly furnished living room you can reach your terrace, where you can sit down with a good book or enjoy an ice-cold refreshment during the siesta. Take advantage of the shared pool and let the little ones play in the playground.



Visit the town's museums or tour the walled castle perched on a hill overlooking the town. For swimming fun and relaxation, choose one of the local sandy beaches. Your vacation home is also a good starting point for excursions along the Costa Blanca, which attracts with crystal blue water and small bays.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Ganz anders präsentiert als es wirklich ist.

Es gab kaum ein möbelstück ohne flecken.Warm wasser gab es auch nicht außer man hat die heizbeuler angesteckt. Die sanitäranlagen waren ebenfalls sehr verschmutzt. Dazu kommen noch die extra kosten die vor ort bezahlt werden müssen.Also für leute die den ganzen Tag draußen sind und nur zum schlafen dort sind reicht es. Man sollte auch in die beschreibung hinzufügen das es in der direkten nachbarschaft einen kindergarten gibt.Und den ausblick auf den strand gibt es auch nicht sondern nur auf umschlossene diverse hinterhöfe und den pool.
