The duplex attic in Denia has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

The beautiful and modern apartment has 110 m and stunning views of the Dénia castle, the seafront promenade and the mountains from its two spacious terraces.

The property is located in the centre of Dénia, 50 m from restaurants, 250 m from the sandy beach Playa El Raset, 350 m from the Mercadona supermarket, 1 km from Denia bus station, 3 km from the pebble beach of Las Rotas, 4 km from the El Montgó nature reserve, 8 km from La Sella Golf Resort, 55 km from the theme park Terra Mítica, 55 km from the water park Aqualandia, 100 km from the airport. The house is located in a family neighbourhood in the city centre.

The accommodation has the following features: garden, garden furniture, 2 terraces (each with an awning), washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi with fibre optic), balcony, children's area, heat pump, air conditioning throughout the house, communal + children's swimming pool, parking space in the same building, 1 TV, spacious built-in wardrobes in each bedroom. Additionally, in two of the bedrooms you will find two desks with automatically adjustable height, which makes this the perfect accommodation if you want to telework.

Excelente alojamiento, moderno y bien equipado. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y el centro de la ciudad. Sofá algo pequeño para una familia, por lo demás muy bien.
