Tolle Lage, aber ...

Das Haus zeigt etliche Alters-Schäden und Gebrauchsspuren. Wir kamen in der Abenddämmerung an - kein elektrischer Strom. Im Bedien-Handheft steht vieles, nur dass der Sicherungskasten hinter einem Bild versteckt ist, nicht. Die Esswaren legten wir in den warmen Kühlschrank. Am Folgetag kam der Elektriker, dessen Tel.-Nr. im Bedien-Heft stand und löste das Problem. Im Pool war ein Wasserschlauch. Das Wasser lief, man sah es nicht, 2 Tage später kam ein Beamter vorbei und stauchte mich zusammen, weil ich zuviel wasser verbrauchte. Der Haupt-Schlafraum hat ein Doppelbett mit Unter- und Oberleintuch, wie es vor 50 Jahren in Hotels üblich war. Betten war aufwendig. Der ausklappbare Wäsche-Ständer war komplett kaputt, der Stewi-Ständer konnte nicht fixiert werden da ebenfalls defekt, wir behalfen uns mit Schnüren. Die Waschmaschine liess sich nicht öffnen, wir wollten es nicht mit Gewalt versuchen, wieder musste ein Fachmann kommen und es einigermassen richten. Das Bedien-Heft ist in Spanisch, Englisch und Französisch verfasst, nur Deutsch-Sprechende haben Mühe. Die Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und im WC sind defekt, die Schnaken haben sich gefreut. Alles in allem: Eine vorzügliche Lage, aber viel Defektes. Auch wenn gewisse Mieter wenig Sorge zu fremdem Eingentum tragen, sollte der Unterhalt deutlich besser sein, die Verwaltung Aguilarent war nie vor Ort. Wir haben 300 Euro pro Tag bezahlt, was wir im Hinblick auf die Gegenleistung als zu hoch beurteilen. A.+U. Perren
