Located in a quiet family gated community with only five houses and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Las Marinas in Denia with direct access to it. This cozy ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (135 cm) and one with two single beds, bathroom with shower, a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a wide 35m2 terrace and an uncovered 5m2 one. Wifi and parking space included.

Merece la pena

Este alojamiento está muy bien. Dispone de lo necesario para tus vacaciones. Muy próximo a la playa, el espacio exterior está muy bien distribuido y aprovechado, y permite una vida exterior realmente grata. Los propietarios, además de excelentes profesionales, son realmente agradables. Lo recomiendo sin duda, no descarto repetir la experiencia.
