This authentic and cozy vacation home with pool welcomes you on the heights of Denia. It is the ideal destination for a large family or couples of friends. Discover the rooms in the main house and outbuilding and enjoy time together in the living rooms, while the bedrooms invite you to relax. Here you will find everything you need to relax and feel good, as well as a wonderful outdoor area that invites you to swim with sea views and barbecue on the covered terrace.



You will be drawn to the beautiful sandy beaches and the sea, which are just a few kilometers away. Spend pleasant days on the beach and cool off in the sea on hot days. Active vacationers will also feel at home here, as the surrounding area offers opportunities for golf, tennis and hiking. You can easily reach shops and a restaurant on foot and discover the harbor and the castle of Denia!



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 100.00 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.

Gestion de l'hébergement déplorable

Location géré par Novasol à fuir absolument, une catastrophe... remise des clés 3h après l'heure prévue et fait par la femme de ménage et SÉQUESTRATION (+ de 1h) lors de la remise des clés pour le départ, car nous avons constaté la somme restant dû sur les frais annexes (eau et électriques) et que nous avions déjà déposé 210€ à l'arrivée et aucune écoute possible avec HDS (NOVASOL)
