On the same level, you'll find a room with a pull-out bed accommodating two people, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the other with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. One of the bedrooms has an exit leading to a terrace. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bidet, and a toilet on this floor.
