Casa Uno! Compact apartment between Jávea and Dénia

Our apartment is located in Comunidad Los Lagos, one of the most beautiful, traditionally Spanish-style residential complexes in Jávea, at the foot of Montgó.
The beautiful garden and pool will have you enjoying a relaxing vacation right away. The beaches and lively coastal towns like Jávea and Dénia are within easy reach!

CasaUno! is located on the first floor and accommodates 2 adults (a third person may be accommodated upon request). The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, Phillips L'Or coffee maker, and electric kettle.

The living room features a three-seater sofa and an armchair (which also serves as a single sleeping spot). (Smart) TV with Dutch channels (NLziet) and Netflix.

The living room opens onto a spacious, south-facing balcony with a lounge sofa and a large awning. From here, you have a partial view of the valley and the village of Gata de Gorgos in the distance.

The bedroom features a spacious double bed (180x200) that can also be separated to create two single beds.
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror. The washing machine is also located here.
New, quiet air conditioners have been installed in the living room and bedroom, which can be used for cooling and/or heating.
The small balcony on the garden side has a bistro set with two chairs. From here, you have a beautiful view of the fantastic garden, the pool, and Montgó.

A drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and lounge chairs are provided and available for use. The large communal garden with its lovely swimming pool (featuring varying depths) is a real highlight of this stay and exudes nothing but PEACE AND QUIET!

The impressive “Montgó” nature reserve borders the complex and is accessible via a forest trail. One of the hiking trails leading to the summit of Montgó also starts here. In the surrounding area, you’ll find numerous hiking trails ranging from easy to more challenging hikes.

The apartment is just a 10-minute drive from the charming old town of Jávea and about 15 minutes from the harbor or the Arenal sandy beach with its lively promenade.
The somewhat larger coastal town of Dénia, with about 20 kilometers of sandy beaches, is also about a 15-minute drive away.

Furthermore, the property is ideally situated as a base for various day trips to places such as Moraira, Altea, and Calpe. Benidorm is about a 30-minute drive or a 1.5-hour ride by tram. The tram takes a very scenic route along the coast, so it’s definitely worth the ride!

For golf enthusiasts, the 9-hole La Sella Golf course is a 3-minute drive away, and the Club de Golf Jávea, also a 9-hole course, is a 15-minute drive away. And for water sports, you can head to Jávea, among other places, where you can rent a boat and/or personal watercraft.

The cities of Valencia and Alicante are also easily accessible for a visit, both about a 1-hour drive from the apartment!
