The villa is located in the well-kept, sought-after and quiet district of Montgó near Denia. The next two big shopping markets are just 1300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is about 700 meters. It is about 2.5 km to Dénia city. The nearest sandy beach of Dénia town is just 2.0 km away.

The villa is about 130 m2. The property is completely enclosed with an outer wall and automatic gate. The total area is about 850 m2. The garden is maintained weekly, the pool area and whirlpool depending on the weather and needs of a gardener and caretaker. It has an 8 x 4 meter private pool with outdoor shower. In addition, there is a whirlpool with 3-4 places available on the roof terrace. Also, the villa has a practical summer / outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator and gas stove. On the roof of the villa there is a large terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views. In addition, it has a covered carport and a separate access accessible laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house was largely refurnished in November 2017, partially renovated and equipped with new electrical and air conditioning units. In addition, the garden was renewed and the garden planting partly replaced or supplemented. In spring 2018, a professional whirlpool with 52 massage jets was installed on the roof terrace. The whirlpool can accommodate 3-4 people.

Generally, the villa has several built-in wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), tea maker and fridge with freezer compartment.

By satellite you have various German and Spanish TV channels available. In addition, there is Wi-Fi reception throughout the hotel. (Costs including house rent)

Pets are not allowed and smoking in the house is not allowed.

The villa has gas central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms and cheminee in the living room.

For the final cleaning is a flat rate of 130 euros. For the bed linen, hand and bath towels are a flat rate of 30 euros to pay.

A cot and high chair is available if required. (Flat fee if used 30 euros)

Wir haben eine entspannte, erholsame Zeit in dem wunderbaren Feriendomizil verbracht. Haus und Garten sind perfekt gepflegt, der beheizte Pool hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir auch im Oktober noch täglich plantschen konnten, was wir sehr genossen haben. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier. Es war wie ein Nachhause kommen, wir haben uns gleich wieder wohlgefühlt. Alles perfekt wie im Inserat und sind von Samuel herzlich empfangen worden.Whirlpool und Pool wieder super. Diesmal haben wir den Pool auf 30 Grad hochheizen lassen - toll. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Das 1. mal war für 3 Wochen jetzt für 4 Wochen, aber es ist immer noch zu kurz.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren überwältigt eine so schöne, super saubere und gepflegte Villa vorzufinden. Samuel ist ein wundervoller Mensch und genau so wundervoll ist seine Villa. Samuel war am Check-In und auch am Check-Out Tag persönlich da, es lief alles super und er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er war super hilfsbereit, er gab uns Tipps bzgl Resaurants, Ausflugsziele usw. und er war immer zu erreichen. So Menschen trifft man wirklich selten! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr Sterne als nur 5 vergeben! Wir kommen definitiv wieder Herzlichen Dank für alles!!! Ganz liebe Grüße und bis nächstes Jahr

Einwandfreier Urlaub

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus, diesmal 5 Wochen (15.9.-19.10.24). Die Lage ist einwandfrei in einer Sackgasse, die Nachbarhäuser waren bei unserem Aufenthalt fast alle unbewohnt daher war es sehr ruhig auch tagsüber. Den Pool konnten wir Kostengünstig auf 30 Grad heizen lassen, das war auch ideal für die Kinder (5 und 1 Jahre alt). Den Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse haben wir fast jeden Abend genutzt mit Blick über die Stadt sowie Meerblick. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wird auch regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool ist zum Haus hin nicht abgetrennt aber dennoch sehr empfehlenswert auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses sowie der Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Die Entfernungen zur Stadt und zu Supermärkten ist auch zu Fuß durch wenig befahrenen Straßen machbar. Der Aufstieg zum Montgo liegt ebenfalls um die Ecke. Bei Fragen sowie auch allgemeinen Auskünften war unser Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar, Probleme am Haus oder an den Pools wurden meist unkompliziert noch am selben oder am Folgetag behoben. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert mit einem einwandfreien Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic house in great location

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this fabulous house. The host was great from the beginning, providing lots of information on the local area/places to eat etc and additionally arranged for us to check in earlier as we have arrived sooner then expected. The house is good size with everything you need. The outside area is great and the pool was lovely and a really good size. There was also some pool floats/beach toys etc which were very helpful for a trip the beach. Dénia was lovely with lots of shops/places to eat only 10 mins drive away. The location is lovely and views from the property are gorgeous. We will miss the view of the mountains!

Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Gelegen am Berg Montgó. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man benötigt. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und zuvorkommender Gastgeber 😊.

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Sackgasse gelegen, so dass kaum ein Auto vorbei fährt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und wird wöchentlich von Gärtnern gepflegt. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt, uns wurde das Haus gezeigt und ebenfalls wie wir den Whirlpool bedienen müssen. Per WhatsApp hat Samuel uns sehr viele Informationen bezüglich Essen gehen und Ausflugsziele zukommen lassen. Sehr gut hat uns außerdem das Kochen in der Außenküche gefallen ☺️. Alles in allem, ist dieses Feriendomizil sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Kai & Anke

Family trip to Denia

We came to visit my sister in law, brother in law and nephew. The house is beautiful and nicely decorated. AC is abundant which was important for those of us traveling from Texas USA. We did not cook much but kitchen had all needed supplies. Pool and pool deck were lovely. As the owners warn, the wind can be unpredictable so best not to leave things out (umbrella or canopy). 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you toSamuel and his family from The Pothier Family ❤️. Denia is such fun 😎

Schöne Tage in Spanien

Insgesamt erholsame Tage. Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten. Prima Betreuung durch den Besitzer. Jahreszeitlich bedingt starke Fallwinde, sodass man Abends weniger draußen sitzen konnte. Pool perfekt. Noch zu wünschen: 2 bequeme Stühle oder Liegestühle neben den vorhandenen 4 Liegen. Danke Samuel!

Tolles Haus mit guter Lage

Das Haus ist wirklich toll und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 große Betten und ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, ein Muss für den Sommer. Die Gartenanlage ist super und top gepflegt. Der Pool mit Abdeckung und Beheizungsoption ist ebenfalls klasse und vor allem leicht gesalzt und überhaupt nicht voll mit Chlor, super Wasserqualität! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und dazu noch ein Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch gut: Man hat einen super Blick auf den Berg nebenan und nach Denia hinunter ans Meer. Der Berg schützt auch etwas vor extremer Sonnenhitze hatten wir den Eindruck. Was die Sache aber richtig perfektioniert ist der Vermieter Samuel: Er ist super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben jede Menge Hinweise für unseren Urlaub erhalten und er stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und perfekt organisiert. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit Krankheit der Kinder und konnten nicht alles unternehmen was wir vorhatten. Deshalb werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen, auch wenn wir für gewöhnlich Orte nur 1x bereisen.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Haus

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem gemütlichen Haus unterhalb des Montgo genossen. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Samuel sehr freundliche begrüßt und er hat uns die wichtigsten Informationen über das Haus gegeben. Dieses Haus ist exakt so, wie es beschrieben wurde. Es ist sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Ganz besonders hat uns der beheizte Swimmingpool gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war exzellent und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Vielen Dank noch mal für die vielen Tipps über Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung (Wandern, Restaurants, Märkte), die unheimnlich nützlich waren. Das Haus liegt sehr schöne, allerdings ist ein Auto (trotz einiger sehr schlechter Straßen) empfehlenswert. Wir sagen ein herzliches "Dankeschön" und kommen gerne wieder. Heike & Bernd aus Köln

Entspannter Aufenthalt in sehr gepflegtem Haus

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es hat eine gemütliche Einrichtung und eine sehr gute Ausstattung und landschaftlich schöne Lage am Hang des Montgo mit Blick auf das Meer und die Birg von Denia. Checkin und Checkout mit Samuel waren perfekt, Fragen wurden auch während des Aufenthaltes schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Ein Auto ist für den Aufenthalt erforderlich.

Wir waren mal wieder begeistert von der traumhaften Umgebung. Das Haus und die beiden Pools wurden für uns schon vorbereitet und das Grundstück mit Anlage waren wirklich schön.
