Here, you can enjoy watching sunsets on the signature rooftop deck, sharpening your golf game on the putting green, playing pool, foosball, shuffleboard, and darts in the game room, relaxing in the hot tub, or unwinding around the fire pit. This amenity-rich retreat is only 1/2 mile from fishing, hiking, and camping in Eisenhower State Park, 1 mile from Denison Dam, and 18 miles from Choctaw Casino.

We had a great time, however we were told to meet at the property at 4pm and they didnt come and let us in till 4:30pm. Also, the coffee maker and grill didn’t work which was a bummer. And there were only 2 trash bags. We bought some more and left them for your next guest.

Fantastic Place Very close to the water!

Great place to stay with a big group! We had 4 adults 6 kids and had plenty of room. Great place to share with 2 families! Plenty of parking on the long driveway. It has all the amenities you want ..good kitchen, hot tub, putting green and a play room! Highly recommend!

Great Place - Close to Lake - Lots of Space

Property is very nice! It was clean and the house is very nice inside! Plenty of room for everyone. It has everything you need. We had a family of 4 and family of 6 there and it held us well. There is a ton of outdoor space! We had very easy access to the lake and 2 boat ramps. Its right next to Eisenhower State Park. Its very close to Denison and can get to Walmart in 10 min. We had a great time and would defiantly recommend staying here!

Perfect modern lake home for weekend getaway

11 women stayed in this home for two nights to get away and have quality time. It was perfect for what we needed. Appreciated the outdoor seating areas especially.

The Right Weekend Getaway

Had the best weekend. The location was great as it put us about 30 mins away from the Marina to go fishing on Saturday. The house was well equipped with all things needed (i.e. we cooked the entire weekend and pulled off a fish fry). Entertainment was spot on from the putting course, billiards, fire pit and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed the weekend.

Perfect House

My girlfriends and I booked this for a quick weekend getaway. It was perfect. We all had our own bed. We used the hot tub (had to wait for it to heat up to a useable temp because it was set too low). Used the upstairs game table. Had many good conversations and lots of laughs in the living room and around the dining room table. Only regret is we didn't get to use the fire pit because we ran out of time! We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless and had everything needed to make it very comfortable. I highly recommend. It would be great for a couple of families too since there are 2 king beds. It is also literally 1/2 a mile from Eisenhower state park. So you can send dad and the kids to camp while the girls glamp!

Great Getaway!

This house was just lovely, clean and so fun for our group of 10 ladies. We enjoyed all the activities on a great fall weekend. The property management company was extremely responsive to our few minor requests. Would definitely recommend this house for groups, two families, etc.

Great vacation home close to DFW filled with entertainment!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home! It was beautiful, clean, convenient with tons of amenities to keep us busy. We planned to go to the lake but our family enjoyed the house so much we barely left! We loved the outdoor space which is perfect for large gatherings. There are so many different areas to keep everyone entertained! The location was great and within minutes of the lake and Eisenhower State Park. Would highly recommend this home!
